Surprise visit.

What the hell do we know?!
So we went to Hadley's first physical therapy appointment this Monday and I must say I was a little nervous. I was afraid that they were either going to laugh at me for bringing her there or they were going to tell me there was something horribly wrong with my child (like she had no femur bones). Once we were taken back to the padded room all my fears were quickly eased. I had to warn the lady that I was a pediatric ICU nurse and the fact that Hadley could breathe on her own and is not suffering from some heinous virus, made this whole not crawling thing seem like no big deal. Come to find out, Hadley really should be doing all this stuff she's not and my way of fixing it (but just having her learn to walk ASAP) is the worst solution in the world. I was in trouble for holding her too much and not giving her enough tummy time when she was little...the end result...a kid with no stomach muscles. So if she becomes an ax murderer the blames on me! Seriously though, they were super sweet and loved little Hads...and said she's totally fixable. However, after our Thursday appt., they might have changed their minds. Here she is doing her latest, greatest, trick. She was able to do this Monday night after her first PT appointment and I must say, it made Ryan and I believers! This girl will be swimsuit ready in no time with her abs of steel.
Out for a visit.
Brusha, Brusha, Brusha.
Sweet, sweet baby.

Where have you been all my life?
So I browsed the 'Esty' shops this weekend because I was bored and Ryan was already in bed sound asleep (it was 9pm afterall) and discovered this website was made for me. I'd never looked at it, but kept hearing about it from various folks. So gave it a whirl and fell in love. It's all the creative things that I want...but cannot do. I bought these darling pictures to put in the spare bedroom, that will soon become Hadley's playroom. Aren't they just to die for?! I cannot wait until they arrive in the mail.
