...and we're back!

As most of you faithful followers know, my mom has been an absentee blogger. I think it's because she has been working so hard with me to get me to rollover. But I'm not having it, so she's given up, and is back to the blog. Enjoy ALL the updates...and thanks for your patience (some of you at least:0).

Hads around town.

At the ballgame.

Pike Place Market, and thrilled to be there.

The zoo.

Dog coat.

Aunt Lowdie made Hadley another sweater...but hates it (Aunt Laurie, not Hadley). So we refer to it as the "dog coat". This is another Sundstromism, meaning; you would only wear this sweater to pick up dog poop, take out the trash, etc. Lowdie thinks it's "fugly", but Hads seems to love it.

Meet the Escott's.

This is Paula, Elizabeth, and Dawson Escott! They visited us ALL the way from Pennsylvania and showed us all around Seattle. It was fun to be tourist in our own city. They do have parents, but I have no pictures. I think Becca was always taking pics of the kids too, and Dave was always looking at his Treo:)
Paula and Elizabeth were such good Hadley Helpers. She adored them.

Peeps.

Cousin Pia drove all the way from Spokane (which is an awful drive!) just to see little Hads and deliver the "dog" coat (seen in the previous post). Next month she will be leaving for Africa to help save something or other:). Good luck Peeps!

Hads & Mads

I think Maddie is getting a little nervous being held by her crazy Grampy.
Sizing eachother up.
And going in for the kill.

Pretty, pretty, princess.

Look at those gams!
So fancy in her dress...

...and she knows it.

Viva Las Vegas!

Oh boy did I pay for this trip!!! Went to Vegas for Sarah's Bachelorette Party...out too late, drank too much, and came home to a baby who has forgotten how to sleep at night. Of course, nobody is feeling too sorry for me.

We survived.

Boy, those are two round faces!
Well, Hadley and I survived our first three days apart ever! She was a star at her "daycare", and I can't believe how much I enjoyed being back at work. Zaide quote to me about how her first babysitting day was: "Monday was the best day of my life". And I do believe her:).

Too hot to handle.

I think my favorite part about this hot, hot, weather is Hads being in nothing more than a dipey all day long.

Baby Blues?

Post-partum Depression getting you down??? It's not too late to get help...Call 1-800- send-em-back.

All smiles.

Hads is trying her best to make me not feel bad about going back to work tomorrow. I must say she's doing a fine job, and is even attempting to get on a schedule for her fabulous caretakers. Way to go Hadley, you make your Mama proud...and I'm feeling almost guilt-free.

Long Beach...or Bust.

For the 4th of July we headed up to my best gal Sarah's cabin with her fiance (hate that word) Eric and the entire Prentice clan...even Rudy. It was so nice to get out of town...but, not sure if it was worth the silent treatment we got from the Grandparents for taking Hads away from them for 3 days.
Sarah & Hads on our first morning there. Sar was the greatest and took Hadley down to the beach at 7am so Ry and I could sleep in. Thanks friend!!!
Rudy had a blast on the beach.
Rudy reliving the good ole' days when he was allowed up on the couch.

Hads having so much fun watching everyone play drinking games. Just kidding (not really:)).

Cute couple enjoying the sun.
Hads busting a move. She loves rap music, a girl after my own heart. Now if she could just learn the booty drop.

If you're happy and you know it clap you're hands!

God I love her.

I think the picture says it all.

Such a funny elephant.

Who knew one Elephant could be so much fun. That is until we catapulted ourselves off the elephant and into the changing table...we quickly went from laughing hysterically to crying hysterically.
