I have been a bad blogger...for no other reason than my house seems to get destroyed whenever my 100% full attention is not on my little hoodlum. She has no idea how lucky she is that she chose to graffiti the coffee table with washable markers. We're talking dirt nap trouble.
*and honest to God she did this during my last post. And was quite proud, until she saw my face...then she threw the markers and ran. No joke.

oh Hadley Jane, you little imp! Love that she knew to run for her life when she saw your face.
oh, how I love your little hoodlum. I can actually picture her running away from you, searching for home base. XOXO
where is the 9000 lbs of paper you keep hooked to the table??? love that she ran for her life!
Oh no! Crayola was on to something with those washable pens...saves children from child abuse! Maybe Children's can hand those out and you won't get so many cases of "I found her like this" toddler?
reminds me of two stories. Mimi was having a dinner party, and we kids must have stepped over the line because before you know it she got up from the dinner table to come after us and Joe yells out "run for your lives here she comes" (dinner guests must have loved that, and I think it was a pary for dignitaries)
The other is the day we brought home our brand new reupholstered couch, it was beautiful for all of 20 minutes when baby Meg put a green PERMANENT (no washable then) marker under the cushion. Never got to turn that puppy over. Funny somehow this is going to be my fault.
HA! She is a handful but what a cute one! It was great to see you today! You can just drop her at our house when you get tired of her! Our house is a mess most of the time (thank you Eme and Marlo) so a little marker won't even be noticed! xo
My little one decided the man she was drawing (on paper....but on the dining room table) needed freckles.....so he got them......with the sharp end of a wine cork.......of course the dining room table got freckles too. My mother in law said I would someday cherish those freckles. She was correct. My little one is now 39 years old!
yeah, she'd better run for the hills.
