spring wing ding.

Hadley's AM/PM Kindergarten class had a little performance.
The Spring Wing Ding.
And although she wasn't the star of the show (that was left to the three year old that kept running up to the front, and the mom that did nothing about it, so the teachers had to discipline her)...she was definitely the most serious in the show.
She stared straight ahead, had her arms crossed at breaks, did not acknowledge her peers, did all her hand moves with precision, sang all the words to each song without fail (or lip synced...who really knows), gave a sly little smile when her name was on the big screen prounoucing that...'in Kindergarten she learned repeating patterns, how to count by 10's, and about animals', and had the biggest cheering section in the place.
Yep, we are pretty proud of our little starlet.
And super glad that we are nothing like her.
Focused.  Determined.  Rule follower.  Boring.

Nothing more adorable than a kindergarten show. And awesome that she has such a big cheering section!

I love your little crotch grabbing, arm crossing, nerd. You are getting the stink eye from some little red headed buzz cut kid in one of those pics.
Kids performances are the best. Wait til T-Ball.
