Cozy in the mountains.

Zaide up early making pancakes (which is not a favorite in our family, but my mom loves them now because she bought a fancy pancake maker-thing. You can see it on the counter). Barely any get eaten, but there are quite fun to throw off the deck.
Hads helping Dad with his puzzle.
"Dad, you stooge! Always short with the edge pieces."
"Um, isn't there supposed to be syrup on these bad-boys?"
What a shocker, she loved syrup. Hadley is definitely going to develop juvenile diabetes...but you only live once, right?

A wild night.

Last Friday we went over to the Conniffs for food, drinks and games...and as always, had a fabulous time. Now do these look like two people who don't want a baby yet??? "Hey Suz, cute hat. Mind if I try it on?"
Go ahead, send a referral to Promises.
"Oh Auntie Heath, how do you get that face so thin...should I be doing more cardio?"
"Shouldn't I be wearing a helmet when I'm riding a horse?"

Such a kid.

I don't know why, but Hadley looks like such a big girl in these pics (this is not a weight joke).
Just chillin', waiting for something exciting to happen. I have a feeling this kid might be saying "I'm bored" as often as I did. And of course, I'll have the same response that my mother had (that I promised I'd never say).
So proud.
We no longer use a binky anymore, except to chew on. See how big she's getting, next it will be out with the blankie (but I sure hope not).
Oh Hads, we love ya kid...but we need you to stop growing!

Gma & Pa.

Hads getting an airplane ride from her Pa (hopefully she didn't feel the need to take any Xanax before her ride like her mother).
"Mom wait! I don't have a touch of make up on after my bath."
A human trampoline.
"I'll take a double AJ, extra dry with a splash of water and a twist of lemon."

So glad I had a girl.

This is my "niece" Tate and her BFF Sadie. They are all dolled up to go the Disney Princess' on Ice show, pretty much, according to Tatum, the must see event of the year. As you can see, Sadie is wearing a Disney Princess dress, but Tater would not wear one of her princess dresses because she thought it would hurt the feelings of the other princesses she decided not to wear. Are you kidding me? Could this kid get any more perfect???

Let's try something new.

"Mom, I'm going to teach Rudy the Itsy-Bitsy Spider."
"Allright Rudes, move your paws like so. Thumb to pinky, thumb to pinky."
"Okay, you're not quite getting it."
"Look Rudy, it's like this!"
"Mom, you're right...you can't teach on old dog new tricks."

What happens at Grammy's, stays at Grammy's.

Oh boy, did Lauren love pushing Hadley around. Can't wait to take care of these two at Children's!
Quick photo op, and a nervous Mom's hand in the left corner.
Cindy's friend Christy came to help out for the day, I think Cindy wouldn't mind if she stopped by every Friday (which would be quite a trek from Pennsylvania). Looks like she was quite a hoot...even Lauren liked her:).
Lauren must have decided Hadley was too little to share in the licking of the beaters.
WEEEEEE!

Fashion plate.

Here is Hadley sporting her new winter coat. I'm thinking she's feeling pretty darn cool.
Of course, it's not going to fit her much longer with that huge gut. But as I told Ryan (who wondered why I bought a coat that JUST fit), it was only $10.50, but it's a size 12-18 months. Is our kid the size of a sumo wrestler or does Old Navy just run small?

It's about friggin' time.

One of my favorite cousins Kate FINALLY started a blog, and I didn't even have to pressure her too much (like I am with the baby thing for the rest of you). Check her out at meowfoy.blogspot.com (not sure what that names all about). You will love her blog because she is quite hilarious, the girls got wit, and that's why I love her so much. Plus she's a fellow nurse, so when I talk about annoying sick people and cleaning up bundles from ankles to shoulder blades...she gets it! So for all you obsessed bloggers, here's something fun and new to check 5 times a day! Love ya Katie-Cat!

Just leave her alone!

Ryan wants Hadley to crawl SO bad, so she has forced tummy time everyday...at least everyday he's home with her. Mom knows better!
The boys are getting a little bored.
Hads, you're not close at all, but you still look cute.
It's hardwork being forced to crawl.

Who knew?

From baby to big girl in 2.2 seconds.

P.S. For any of you who feel the need to make fun of my cell phone ring, please know that I already know that I'm a big dork, who needs to grow up.

A funny, funny pair.

"Oh Dad, that's a great idea."
"Should we tell her?"
"Mom, we Chinese, we play joke, we put pee-pee in your coke."

Oastie-Toastie's.

Ostie's Open House was last weekend, and as always, was quite the event.
Zaide was pretty excited to see her little gal come through the doors (she sure hides her excitement well).
Doing zerbert's to get Hads to smile. Nice work Zaides.
Dicken's Village's, Babies in Xmas sweaters, all her family and friends in one spot. Could Zaide BE any happier?
Getting a lift from cuz' Kate. And Hads in her overalls, per Katie's request...good call KT!
P.S. There's Baba in the background at the dessert table. I guess his diet is going to start on Monday.

The Nelsons.

Sarah and Eric came over Saturday night for a little Hadley time.
"Hey Sar, thanks again for the darling outfit. It gets me lots of attention, which I love."
Hadley and Sarah...someone's looking like they want to be a Mama a little bit.
"Mom, this is so fun. Can I stay up late with you guys?"

Spokane Gals.

Our favorite girls came to visit from Spokane!
"Um, Pia, I have a little sister so I know how to do this whole bottle thing. You just hold the baby, because I think she may weigh as much as me."
Peeps and Hads pause for a relentless Mom who won't stop taking pictures.
Everything in the mouth! Good job looking concerned Peeps and making sure she doesn't choke...I think China is looking for good Mama's.
"Okay, who wants to hold me next, because I know you girls can't get enough."
