Hangin' with the fam.

Kate and Hads gabbing. They were probably discussing Zaide's inability to log on to blogspot. Hads is saying to Zaides, "even I could do that you goof!"
Logan says "Me too!".
Tall, non-fat, sugar free vanilla, no foam latte...a gal after my own heart.
Hadley Hoo and Loopie Loo cuddling.

Good Times, Good Times. Just for the record, Auntie Lowdie was there too, but obvs. wasn't cute enough to make the cut for the blog.

Only because she was too busy knitting for strangers!

Okay, when will our family start getting special names? Or wait, maybe we do have "special" names but there not for our ears :)

Are you sure you want a special name? They aren't always nice. Take one of mine for instance, Pee Pee Rothcha. They also defy reason for how we get them! I love the one of Hads holding the starbucks cup. It's probably L-dine's background by now because she can't live without the Bucks either. And her drink choice is the best!
Oh and block out Nov. 9-12 ladies. We are coming for a visit, and I want all my cousins and babies to be ready (Lauren included)!

Pee Pee Rotcha suits you to a T ;-) And I just noticed that Katie and Hads are sitting exactly the same way, pretty cute!

Lowdie, good call. After working ALL night she was probably feeling a little tippy tonks too.

And yes, Peeps, Rotch is a pretty awful name. But at least there's a story behind it. Where the hell did Fendi come from???

I don't know. Kip probably tried to run you over with a toy car and you were almost in a fender-bender. Sounds like something Kip would try anyway. I mean if we are going to go down that road, who came up with Looty or Diesel (well ok, diesel makes sense for Cara...), but you get where I'm going here.

fendi because you were such an extravagent shopper at a young age - lootie via pamela louise / pamalou (gramma andy) / loutie -- what's the matter with you people!!??

give up on the idea that these nicknames make any sort of sense. They are very Zen, they just came into being because...well, you know how the Sundstroms are.

Sue said...

kind of like Pete being "Tweda Marie" - or Kirdy being "Koo Koo"

Meg said...

Oh Lootie, is a no brainer...but Fendi, I had no idea. Tweda Marie, the poor Sundstrom boys and their girly names (Jon Helen).

Sue said...

we just didn't want jon to feel alone - since no one knows his real middle name . . .

and for some reason his sisters would tease poor little Tony on the bus by calling him "Mer Girl Baby" no idea what that means, but it def. made his ears turn red.

It's true the boys have had it bad. Remember when we would only call Tony "Tania" or "Mer-girl baby"?
