MERRY belated CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

Rudolph and Hads say Hello.
"Oh Mama, you caught me. But that just didn't seem like enough."
"Allright folks, nothing more to see here. It's early, get that damn flash outta my face."

The morning of...

I hope he NEVER loses his excitement for Christmas. This was taken at 6am, 2 hours before Hads got up. And we'd been up since 5am.
"Aw Mom, you shouldn't have."
Come on Hads lets focus. Those ornaments are old news.
"Oh how did you guys know?" The Old Navy outfit I always wanted."
Don't worry we got her a Pony Keg to go with this WSU shirt.

The many faces of Hads & Mads.

"Come here Madeline, lemme give ya a Christmas hug."
"I'm sick of smiling for these idiots...even if it's Christmas."
"If you suck your thumb it will make you look busy and deep in thought. Something I've mastered."
"Allright, Mads, we get it. You have two teeth...just so you know, you're going to need a lot more."
"But I can do the wave, so take that!"

Ho. Ho. Ho.

Okay, okay...CREEPY picture of me (maybe I should get a nose job due to a "deviated septum"), but darling pic of Loggie. Sometimes you've got to take the good with the bad. And that dimple, I could eat it up!
And here is her sister, the blind bag lady. I think Tate had on at LEAST ten layers of clothes. We call her "Boho Chic".
Cousin Brooke and Joan Jett.
Maddie Anne rockin' the head band as well, for some reason they work a little better when you actually have hair.
"Hey, GG Shirley, is that all?" I'm sorry Hadley but that's all you get. You are a greedy little thing aren't you.

So much Christmas.

Lauren had just about had it, and this was before we opened gifts. But she was a trooper. Not one meltdown.
Hads giving her new doll, Carson Nadia, a kiss.
Zaide in her element...two babies.
Val attempting a photo op with the girls. Surprise, surprise, looks who's paying attention.
Hadley outside in her fancy faux fur coat, braving the snow on her very first Xmas. Of course you can't really see the snow in these pics...but I promise there was A LOT!

Cabins + Cousins = So much fun!

Uncle Kippy
Maddie playing peek-a-boo.
Car-parts, post attempted baby suicide.
Peeps
Go get it Hads!

The 'Notti's.

Car, Kate, Ton & Hads having a blast at the cab.
Hadley already knows that she's supposed to love presents.
A quiet moment with Cari, she's got a lot to tell a gal at their first meeting.
Lowdie able to get a smile even during "tuck-a-tum" time.
She's looking comfy Ton. Maybe you and Irene should get the China baby.

Our lazy potato head.

So Hads had her 9 month check up a few weeks ago. And things didn't so smoothly. Apparently her head is a tad on the large side (80th%)...but the nurse made me feel better by telling me "they'll keep a close eye on that". Close eye on what lady?! Good thing I'm not too much of a worry wart (as evidenced by me starving my child at one point and letting her fever get to 103.5 at another). And everyone commented on her shocking growth and great increase in her nutritional intake (polite way of saying your kids a fat pig). Then the Doc came in and inquired about her crawling, pulling herself up, etc. Ummm, she's not really doing that yet. He looked shocked and said we need to put her down and make her crawl. Oh, okay, no problem...maybe I could find a trainer at Gold's Gym that could teach her this. I tried to explain to him that she's just a content little gal and if it's out of her reach she'll find something else, ie, her sock, some crumbs on the floor, etc. Guess that's not good enough and he left with the parting words "Bye Hadley, you are such a lazy little thing, you need to get moving." I almost kicked him in his ass on the way out.

Attack of the 50 foot woman.

2 months
7 months
9 months.

Dry that baby.

Wow, I really need to get my hair lightened.
Trying to rip Mama's face off I'm sure.
Hadley loves everything about the tub. Loves getting in, loves getting out, and loves the camera that is almost always close by.

Awwwww.

The tree is standing (still), the lights are hung, the presents are wrapped, and cards have been sent. NOW, it feels like Christmas! And I love it.

The Great Escape.

"Hey Lauren, do you think we could get out of the crib on this side."
"Um, Hads, I'm afraid not. That's a wall."
"What if we just went over the end, the elephant could be our landing, and then we're home free because you know how to open the door."
"Oh, this is going to be great."

Dog Park O' Fun.

Loaded up the troops and took them to the Dog Park. Oh my Gawd was this a task. Thinking maybe one kid and no pets is the way to go. Such a good little line up, and nobody even had to be rewarded with treats.
Self pic! Hads on my back, Lauren in the stroller, and Rudy off humping some poor helpless puppy.
I'm thinking we need a Mini Van, Mega Fun.
